We offer a 30-day 'Trail Test' guarantee. If your boots aren't performing as expected after a few hikes, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are cleaned and free of excessive damage.
Do you offer professional assembly for mountain bikes?
Yes, all bikes purchased online can be shipped to a local partner shop for professional assembly at no extra cost, or they can be shipped 85% assembled directly to your door with a toolkit included.
Are your technical shells covered under warranty?
Absolutely. All Rocky Mountain technical apparel comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Do you offer international shipping for climbing gear?
We currently ship to over 50 countries. International delivery times vary by destination, and customs duties are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
